By using AniQire, you agree to use the service lawfully and avoid behavior that harms the app, other users, or the recommendation systems.

AniQire may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and optional credit packs. Plan limits, credits, daily refreshes, and feature access are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future billing periods.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing is handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. You can manage payment methods, cancel a subscription, or review billing status from the account or subscription area when logged in.

Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, subscription payments and credit purchases are not guaranteed to be refundable after access or credits are delivered. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Recommendations are for discovery and entertainment. AniQire may use available data, user preferences, and integrations to suggest anime, manga, or manhwa, but no result is guaranteed to match every taste.

AI-generated summaries, reasons, release details, and search results can be incomplete or wrong. Users should verify titles, age ratings, availability, and purchase decisions before relying on them.

Future catalog features may point users to third-party seller pages. AniQire does not own the listed products, control seller inventory, process product checkout, or guarantee that a seller page will keep the same price, stock, shipping terms, discount, or product image.

Labels such as discount, sale, fresh find, or price drop are discovery signals based on available source data. Always confirm final price, availability, taxes, shipping, returns, and seller legitimacy on the seller site before buying.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not exploit bugs, attack the service, scrape abusively, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or attempt to access another user's data.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if an account creates risk, abuses credits, attacks infrastructure, violates these terms, or tries to bypass plan, rate, or security limits.

AniQire is an independent discovery app. Third-party anime, manga, manhwa, titles, marks, and characters belong to their respective owners.

AniQire depends on providers such as authentication, database, payment, hosting, search, and AI model services. Those services may have their own terms and availability limits. AniQire is not liable for third-party outages or seller-side changes outside our control.
